Terms of Service

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the browser game flyhub at app.flyhub.de. The game is provided by Bjoern Habegger Kommunikationsberatung, Buchentalstr. 4, 97816 Lohr am Main, Germany ("we"). Contact: info@bjoern-habegger.de, +49 9352 6069889.

2. The game

flyhub is an airline management game played in the browser. The demo is free and covers Career and Sandbox in the scenario "1978 – US Deregulation" up to the in-game date of 31 December 1979. Paid content is described on the pricing page. It unlocks game content but gives no in-game money or other advantage within a game. The game has no advertising and no subscription.

All airlines in the game are fictional. The game is in beta; content, balance and features may change.

3. Account

You need an account to play. You must be at least 16 years old. Purchases by minors require parental consent. Keep your login details secret. Unlocks apply only to the account used for the purchase.

4. Purchases through Paddle

Purchases are handled by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom). Paddle is the seller and your contracting party for the purchase (merchant of record). It collects payment, remits sales tax and issues the invoice. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. All prices include sales tax.

5. Unlocking and licence

After payment, purchased content is normally unlocked on your account within a few minutes. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use it personally and non-commercially for as long as we operate the game. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

6. Founder Pack

The Founder Pack includes the Full Version and all eras released up to and including 31 December 2027, plus your chosen name in the credits. There is no entitlement to any particular era, number of eras or release date.

7. Saved games

Saved games are stored in your browser and, when you are signed in, in our cloud. We take care to keep them safe and available but recommend exporting important saves as a file. Older saves may be adapted after major updates.

8. Defects and updates

Your statutory rights apply. We provide the updates needed for the use agreed. For technical problems, write to info@bjoern-habegger.de.

9. Availability and discontinuation

We aim for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it, for example during maintenance or outages. If we discontinue the game, we will announce this at least 6 months in advance.

10. Rules

In particular, you may not attack or overload the game or its servers, bypass unlocks, scrape or distribute content without permission, or use offensive or unlawful airline names. We may suspend accounts for violations after prior notice, or immediately for serious violations.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We will notify you of changes at least 30 days in advance in the app or by email. Purchased content is not affected.

13. Final provisions

German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so. The German version of these terms prevails.
